My order never arrived

I ordered a new sim and phone which was meant to have to arrived yesterday. I checked my post and nothing. I then checked the order status on my account and it's marked as 'complete'. I am right in thinking that it means that its been delievered? What should I do?because my old contract ran out today. 😕 Should I wait another day or call up O2?

The 'complete' part is from O2's end. There part of the order is complete.

It is now down to the courier to 'complete' their end and you should be able to track that with a tracking number or call them.
