I ordered a new sim and phone which was meant to have to arrived yesterday. I checked my post and nothing. I then checked the order status on my account and it's marked as 'complete'. I am right in thinking that it means that its been delievered? What should I do?because my old contract ran out today. 😕 Should I wait another day or call up O2?

Hey guys,
The courier is UKMail and I did check the order in MyO2 and it's been marked as 'completed'. I even checked the tracking number from the courier and it only has the expected delivery date on it. Looks like I have some calls to make. >.<
