Hello all, I need advice on what I should do. I ordered a phone through O2 as my other phone has began to not work correctly I upgraded through O2.

My phone should be here yesterday but it hasn't moved an inch according to the delivery tracker so just because I was curious I got in contact with the delivery service DPD they told me that I should get in contact with O2 and request them to investigate I have struggled to get in contact with O2 with this pandemic going on so I need some help on what I should do next.

Online orders, upgrades and deliveries are running as normal, but reduced stock levels may result in delays to receiving orders. Please avoid calling as O2 will keep you informed by email whenever there is news for you.

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy
