Can anyone help me I cannot view My bill online ,I have rang customer services on countless occasions and get same answer oh its a technical problem ,OK fair enough it cooked be but I have been with o2 for a number of years and never managed to see My bill online , all it tells me is My phone , any ideas be gratefully appreciated Thank you . I'm afraid there's little we can suggest here, only O2 can sort this out for you.
Some of the O2 systems seem to be very fragile I'm afraid.
