My old number is still not ported after 5 working days

Hi, I ordered pay monthly contract on 02/01/2021 and also submitted PAC details at the same time. Still my old number is not ported. Please help!

You may have to request the porting files again.

However, I will ask one of our account advisors if they can help here. Also have you rebooted your phone?

@O2Emma  are you able to help @Pay_monthly2 ?

My working hours are Monday 08:00 - 18:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00
Any messages sent outside these time will be responded to on my return.

Hi Lisa, really strange situation, I get call for my old number in o2 and sms/iMessages in my old network. Can you please help

Settings >Phone >My number.

Correct the entry, save and reboot phone.
