My o2

As anyone having problems with the o2 app
Every time I log in press account and try the upgrade, buy a bolt on can’t remember the name of the other one
I get a new window saying it is not possible to view at this time try again later, this has gone on for a few days now and I can never get in touch with anyone to talk about it

It's a known issue.

O2 are looking into it.

The issue should be fixed now. If it still doesn't work, try clearing your cache before logging in again.
