My o2 contract

I have missed my monthly contract bill as I am out of work due to the shop closing from covid-19 I won’t be expecting any money until end of April so I can’t afford my bills I can’t speak to o2 over the phone and I’m concerned they will cut me off is anyone else in this situation

Yes you will be cut off but you need to discuss with O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
