Solved: My o2 app

My bf is trying to make a account on that 'My o2' app but it won't let him sign in,we have tried everything,and it's not doing it.He tried making a account but they saying he has already got a account,but he hasn't.O2 are suppose to give you a user name etc when you are on monthly contract,but we went to CWH to buy this phone.

The only place you can create an O2 account is on the O2 web site, ring O2 for the details.

Once you have an account you can then enter it into the app.
