Hi,
I am currently under monthly contract for both o2 mobile (over 2yrs) and broadband services but once I sign into my account I cannot view my bills and use any of the other online services (upgrade, change tarriff etc).
I have sent a reminder to pair my number with the account, which states number is already assigned to my above account.
Initial contract was with o2 via Carphone Warehouse but was changed over a year ago and I was informed that o2 will be taking over all billing duties.
Any help to resolve and/or guide me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Call them free on 202 from your mobile and ask them to check your online account is set up correctly.
