My o2 account

I recently signed a new contract with O2 however my O2 app and on the website my O2 it still comes up with my old O2 account with my previous phone but I do not have any more this is very annoying how can I make it so that it shows my new contract details

You need your new login details for the new account.
Check your emails or call customer service on 202 for your login if you can’t find it.

Hello thank you veey much. Unfortunately i have called the useless people on 202 and set up the email thats how i was able to sign in. Im at work all day from 8-6 anyways. Whats my best shot?

Perhaps you could try to login into your old account and then link your new O2 account to the old account. It should work. As mentioned by @MI5, calling them after your work will be the best solution.

I can log in so i guess i can change password but what is the point as it is linked to my old contract that ended like a year ago. It still has all that old details not my current
