I've been working in South Africa for a while now on contract and only been back in the UK very briefly. Somewhere along the line I misplaced my mobile but have since found it again... My problem is that I had about 40 Pounds airtime on it still BUT now it will not pick up any signal etc.... Please could someone tell me how to fix the problem!

If a call hasn't been made within a 6 month period O2 will disconnect the number. Give customer service a call and if the number hasn't been reclaimed they will reconnect it for you. Re-instating the credit will take a further 24 hours.
If the time period is too great you may not get the number reconnected and any credit on there would be lost and non refundable.
