My next phone bills on the 16th

Hello, I’m just wondering if it’s possible to extend my next phone bill charges that are coming out on the 16th in a few days just  until the 26th please. I’m struggling to come up with the funds due to Christmas. I’ve never missed a payment but due to getting payed monthly its a nightmare. Thanks in advance

Hi @Dean20 - This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 ) shortly after 8am in the morning. Good luck!
