My new o2 sim came early than expected and my previous sim is still active

I recently joined O2 and was told my sim will arrive by the 25th of November, which is fine as my current sim ends on the 24th of November. However it arrived early on the 20th of November and I have received a bill. I want to change my bill date to the 25th of November as that is when I will actually start to use the number

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
