I payed out my old contract and upgraded to the iPhone 12 in green and it's saying they have none in stock but they're working on it but I cannot find anywhere I can change my order or get a proper time scale for when it will be delivered or if it will take till after Christmas due to covid or they're just waiting for a shipment

The only people who can tell you, or give you a timescale are O2.

Call them on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
