Solved: My monthly extras

Good morning, I have notices on my phone bill that since January this year I have been charged £2.50 for "My monthly extras" . Can you please tell me what this is for? my mobile number is.

If you ring O2 on 202 They will clarify what the 'extras' charged for are.

Hi my monthly extras is not calls or mms it is normally paid for bolt ons that are listed in there

My monthly extras

Calls dropped soon as dialed

Access to billing / phone plan etc

Phone no longer tied to my account

O2 Travel (for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone) Bolt On
