Just had my latest bill, why have I been charged £6 for using my phone abroad???

If you haven't been abroad you'll need to speak to O2.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
