My direct debit payments

Anonymous
Not applicable

On checking my direct debit payments to O2 I note that there are two direct debits being taken.

ref Ged 16883551 in the amount of £10.66, and Ged34194100 in the amount of £13.68.

It appears that when I upgraded my phone, the original direct debit was not cancelled,

In this event I am in credit substantially.

Could it be a Refresh contract and one is for the phone and the other the air time?

Phone payments are always round figures - they don't have any pence.

Device payments seam to be whole pounds as they do not increase with rpi.

Could be the old contract was not terminated as part of the upgrade etc

Edit was checking the shop pages to confirm and the are all whole pound nearly all in £5 steps

Okay. Having never had a Refresh contract I thought that might be the answer. In any event, the OP still needs to speak to customer service, as we can't access accounts here, as has been said.
