My device plan is not showing up on the app.

On the mobile App my airtime bills show but my device plan is not there at all.  The airtime and device plan were both showing in April but have since disappeared. I reinstalled the app (twice) and that does not seem to have made any difference.  On the main website the device plan is there but no way to 'Pay Now'.

MyO2 App is not very helpful, past bills won't download. Web site or App needs you to add a credit/debit card to your MyO2 wallet before you can use PayNow option.

Fyi, my contract details not available in either format since they moved me to the new backend billing system last October - no historical info either prior to that date. Guide: How to find help & contact O2 is your only recourse if you need something missing from either of the MyO2 platforms, @PinkGarden
