My device is shown as incorrect when I log into my account

When I log into my account it shows the wrong handset , the tariff shown is correct but handset is not this is after upgrading my phone

It should update automatically eventually but if not give customer services a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

In the meantime, you can login to your MyO2 online and edit the phone name by clicking on the pencil symbol next to the device name,

I located pencil and changed its name, however the details are still showing old hanset

As I said, this just edits the name.
If the actual details don't update, you need to call customer service.
They should, however, update automatically if you wait long enough.
