What can I do my mobile blocked and my sim which is not recieving calls and to call any numbers. I can't send text messages it has been a month. They are taking full payment without using services. I put 3 times 0wrong pin and they block me. They are ask for puk code number I put in it doesn't work. I can't even call a0 customer services. I have had this experience for 2 years a0nd and half I am just keep on to finish my contract and i was wasn't getting treated fearly. I have had very poor signal I have been reporting and complaints mo Solutions. I need help.
