I have 6 different contracts with o2 and every time I try to pay a bill on my o2 it says they couldn’t process the payment and to speak to my bank. Well I did and nothing wrong with my card. Then I actually managed to talk to somebody so payed the bill that was due and reported the problem with her. Next bill payed ok on my app then the one after didn’t so I called and used auto phone and payed that one then the next and so on. Well my app still isn’t working and can’t get a body on the phone and my final bill can’t be paid on auto as I have used my phone to pay 6 times in 30 day’s. it’s driving me mad now. How am I supposed to pay it. Sorry it’s long but wanted to explain. T
