My date is not working all my bills are paid i am on contract and my mobile date int working due to ur problems can u hurry up and sort it out for me thank u joke this and its ur service got prof so as fast as possible pls can do wive my mobile date working pls what I pay for

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary

My next bills coming in at 36 and phone 27 can u get the late payment charges took off all the time try pay my bills as soon as can and thay add charges not happy at all
