If you have an iphone hange the APN in the phone mobile settings to
mobile.o2.co.uk

Have you activated the sim?
Have you upgraded or bought a new contract?
Are calls and texts ok?

Calls and texts are working fine. My number even transferred from another network. Just the data doesn't work
