I have just got a text saying my minimum contract term has passed.

If I want to stay on the contract I have do I need to do anything ?

No just leave it as it is. It will continue to roll on exactly as before

I have unlimted data on my contract however after using 10gbbi have received a message from o2 saying i have used my data allowance and my internet speed has been forced to be slowed down. Why is this i thought i have unlimted data. I need my data to work from home

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
