I’m currently deployed abroad with the UK Armed Forces, I’ve been here since December where I’ve tried to keep on top of paying my bill however as I pay it manually each month and WiFi out here is limited it had been difficult, I now have no service and no access to the my o2 app to pay my bill, I am due to return to the UK next month so need to get it sorted by then. My mobile number is xxxxxxxxxxx. I’m not sure exactly what has happened with my contract but it’s been out of my hands especially now I can’t access my account via the app or online. I hope you can help.

[Mod edit: Please do not post order numbers on the public board. Thanks!]

@JoshRainey As you are in the armed forces on deployment you could have requested that your monthly payments be suspended while you were abroad. You obviously didn't make that request or weren't aware of it. You need to try to find a WiFi signal where you are and download and install Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype You can call O2's 0800 numbers for free using the app.

You then need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am UK time

You could also try to reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Flagged to remove the OP's number.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
