Hello I am having trouble paying my direct debit payment to you this month so could I please have a little extra time to pay? I will be able to pay this on the 14th June, I am really sorry for the inconvenience

You will need to negotiate with Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
