I’m the account holder but my son has the phone and pays the bill. This month he decided to pay his bill a few days early but naively he didn’t know direct debit would still come out so he’s effectively paid for it twice, can he get one of the payments refunded ?

By the time O2 refund you the next bill will be due.
The extra will be used to apy next month.
If you wish to still get a refund you need to speak to O2.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
