I turned off my data when I was abroad on turkey so I should not be paying £90 for my bill I am not accepting this

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
(or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
Alternatively message on social media:

Well one of the networks abroad sent charges to O2 and Turkey is expensive.
Phones with the likes of Visual Voicemal, Chat Features etc are known to ignore your data settings.
You need to download your bill and see what the charges are for
