How’s it going my bill was cut off due to me being late on paying it I’ve recently paid the bill yesterday and it’s hasn’t been put back on can I know why please

@David-11 It can take 48 hours for funds to clear O2's account.
Call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
