I have recently purchased a contract phone,and my first payment is due.

 

But my payday every month is on the 18th of every month unless it falls on a weekend.

 

Can anyone help?

O2 only take payment on working days ie Monday - Friday . If your date falls on a weekend or BH then it will be taken the next working day.

Your first bill is generated 4 days after joining O2 then taken 14 days after that.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about, @Jay131 – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217.
