When I took the contact out on the 11th November they offered me to phones with 20% off. I did what they said to text LOYALTY 21500. But I've received a text on both phone saying I'm not allowed to have it. Can u explain why this is now please

That's what I did. Il have to ring them because he said on the phone I would get the 20% has i took the 2 contacts out. But don't understand why I can't get it now

If you have 2 contracts, you only get discount on 1 of them.

There is no discount for the lead device.
