Regarding my outstanding bill.
I need to set up a payment plan as my phone is disconnected
Everytime I set up a plan you still switch my phone off and this is not good for my stress and anxiety issues and I have yo keep calling yourselves to sort this out
If it can't be set up and my phone left on.
I will not pay the bill altogether I will just leave it

We would not recommend not paying your bills.
You will suffer long term with a negative impact to your credit rating.
You should try to contact the payment management team, their number is here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
You'll see that you can call them via Skype too, if you have no other phone to use.

It will stand as help for any others with a similar question, but you doo need to call as I advised above.
