Hi @account1 @Eliz544 ,

 

If you log into MyO2 via the website you should be able to see as to why you have been charged.

Yes but nothing at all to indicate why I have been charged almost 2x my normal bill. The number for bill management is not allowing calls. Is there any other number I can use to speak to a customer service advisor ?
