Why can't I view and pay my bill online I have phoned plenty of times they suggested this way you's are jokes you really are after this contracts up I will never come back to you's and I will be advising those thinking of coming with you's to stay well away second time in 4 years you's have took the mick!!!!!Worst company ever :robotmad:

Sorry you are having a bad experience, you do need to speak to customer service on 202, free call. Ask them to reset your account and to provide you with the new login and pssword you need to use.
It really shouldn't be difficult to get done. Forget the online chat as they are next to useless.
If you have done everything they tell you on the phone then consider making an official complaint here:
