I can't get in touch with o2. I having trouble paying my bill,never had any before. I'm shelding, I was supposed to start job at beginning of lock down,not entitled to anything of the state I'm 63. I can pay at the end of the month,the 2 that I will owe, getting small tax rebate. Don't know what to do.

You need to speak to payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
