I got a text today about an overdue payment of £35.20. I called and was sent my tariff and the amount I currently owe and it came back with £0. I then checked online and on the app. Both said I owe £0. Slightly concerned as the text also said if not paid today, it would contact credit reference agencies about "continued non-payment" but this isn't a common occurence at all.
All the best,
G
