I just checked my monthly bill for my iPhone 12 and the Apple Watch series 7 and the total cost is close to £100 . I want to know why that is? I cannot afford that every month for a phone and watch that was supposed to be £23 a month I don’t get it. I cannot afford it simple. So you must tell me what I need to do next . I’m not paying that amount of money no way. Especially every month no, that’s not what I signed up for. iPhone 12 is cheaper everywhere else trust me to stay with you and get robbed every month.

@Eddmo12 This is not O2. This is a customer community. If there are charges on your bill that you don't recognise you can see what they are here: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? (o2.co.uk)

If you want to dispute the charges you need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
