I got a contract out on the understanding my monthly payments would be £39. How have I just been billed for £61?

@Tracyj1311

Did you sign up for refresh plan, then you pay for both device and airtime.

Login to Myo2 to view your bill and it will tell you what the charges on your account are for.

It says Tariff charge is £71 with a £14 discount but that isn't what was advertised

@Tracyj1311 You need to check the small print.

Usually the tariff will be displayed at full price and the discount taken off when the bill is paid.

It should also show the discount as a bolt on Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It could also be a cash back deal where you pay the "full price" and get money back every 3 months...
