My bill is far higher than I expected and I will not be able to pay the full amount due to the 02 £83_5 a month that I did not sign for. S. Ford..

I have paid 83.pounds for this month bill then I got cut off today 2nd Sept as I had 16pounds that I have paid for. I don't understand why I have to pay all this amount i hardly use my phone as uz will see, i only have 1 mobile phone as other one is lost or stolen and paid for.
