Hi there- I have had the same contract since 2021 and my bill has now increased without warning.

I would like for this to be amended or I will cancel my contract and go elsewhere.

All Mobile and most broadband providers increase their charges yearly in April (RPI/CPI increase plus a small percentage), and you signed up to accept the increase each year of your contract until it expires, @chloe44 - more here: https://www.o2.co.uk/prices
