So in June I had the usual email saying that your tariff will be going up 2.7% my bill was around £19 so should now be around 21 at the most however for the last 2 months you have been charging me £32. And no one will talk to me and all your live chats are to busy for me to get through to anyway. Over charged £22 now.

Have you downloaded the MyO2 App on your phone this will give you a more detailed view of your bill. I will also tag @Thomaso1 who can help you look in to this as well.
