You need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 0800 902 0217 as there is nothing anyone on this customer to customer community can do to assist you.

@Kenny64 If your account has been cancelled because of a payment issue you need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You need to call from a different phone, use skype Guide: A Guide to Skype or contact via socials.
