You are taking £20 from me every month for my £10 bundle I want this stopped or I will move to another supplier first thing in the morning you take £10 from my account put it on the phone you they deduct that and give me my bundle then later in the afternoon you take another £10 from my account last month I was able to get the £10 back from the bank I don't want to be doing that every month so please sort this out

You have auto top up enabled which automatically tops you up when your balance is low.
Turn it off in your MyO2

Incidentally, info about how bundles work is in this link. http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-and-go/big-bundles

If O2 are overcharging you then it's them you need to speak to for a refund.

Sounds like they are taking £20 for a bigger bundle. Call 4445 and ask why if you are on a £10 bundle.
