Samsung say it's a network issue but I can't find any reference to how to get it switched on. I have checked compatibility and it says yes, compatible but no guidance on what I need to do to make it available for my phone. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

You need to contact O2 to turn on wifi calling on your account.

Once they have done that, you can turn it on in your MyO2 and then reboot your phone to get the settings in your menu.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
