Hi my name is Vicky james I ordered a new SIM card to keep my number and it been a week know with now SIM card I can not call out or text know your asking me to pay may phone bill that I have not used

@12341 Use Skype to call customer service on 0800 032 1402

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone or use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
