Hello.

when I was 17 My step dad took out a simplicty contract for me.

ive just upgraded to a full contract and took it all in my name.

the only problem, well it's not really a problem just want to know if it can be changed.

when logging into my O2, at the top of the page it sa. Welcone followed my sign out, this still shows my step dads name. if I was to open the full my O2 account page, it shows my name as being the account holder. Even the O2 advisor let me upgrade without having my step dad there as it brought my name up on the system. 

I just wanted to check to see if I can change the name by the sign out button at every top of every O2 page.

You could ring and ask for the portal team.

I see what's happened. On my billing portfolio, it states me as a company and my step dads name as my account name for the account number.
