My O2 update

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have recently (2 days ago) upgraded from iPhone 5s to iPhone SE, and changed my tariff. My O2 tariff has changed, but it is still saying I have my old phone. Any ideas please? I am still on a monthly tariff.

It will update automatically after a few days usually.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It took a week for my change of phone to update in My O2. Don't worry, it will update when the systems catch up.

Tariff change is a manual operation by CS.
