Why can't I login to my account it jeeps telling me I have no products on this account I am sick of 02 I can tell you

It's possible that the details you are using to log on to the account are different to the ones set by O2. Give customer service a call and ask them if it's been set up correctly or try going through the forgotten details link.

Hello @Anonymous and Welcome to the forum.

Are you trying via the O2 App ~ if so try deleting the app and re download.

Are you able to login using the Myo2 app at the top of this forum board ?

You may need to contact O2 Customer Services to have your account looked at.

Check the login details on are using are correct for the account you want to check.
