My O2 order is out for delivery, but no text message

Hi,

 

I ordered a new phone contract/phone about 4pm last night. I expected the phone would be here on Wednesday but UK Mail tracking order service says that the phone is out for delivery. I have however not had a text yet, as it seems I should receive one from UK Mail saying a rough time of delivery, is this correct? I got an email from O2 at about 8pm last night saying the order had been dispatched. As it's only 12:20pm now, I am not complaining that is hasn't come yet, I'm just wondering whether it will actually be delivered today or tomorrow.

If you have a tracking number, and it says that it's out for delivery, then it's out for delivery. Why do you think they will send you a text? Here is the Contact Us page for UK Mail: https://www.ukmail.com/contact_us/ Use that if you are concerned about the delivery.

Usually, if it's on the van it will be delivered. Occasionally it doesn't happen but it most likely will. They deliver up to 8.00pm.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
