Hello,
I have left the United Kingdom a few months back, however I had been paying my bill regularly via direct debit. I have even cancelled my number but still acquired a bill of 14 GBP. It still shows that my bill is due even though I recently made a payment.
Can you please cancel my number and confirm my payment?
